Established in 1989 McCracken Associates draw from a broad bank of expertise and local knowledge of rural and residential property, livestock, and agriculture across the province.

McCracken’s in the past have  been recognised as a major player in the transfer of Milk Quota from the mainland UK and within N. Ireland.

Since the establishment of Single Farm Payment and the introduction of Entitlements, McCracken’s had been involved in providing a safe transfer and valuation service for clients throughout N. Ireland, based on knowledge of the rules, and attention to detail.
